Functional Strength

Schedule: Monday 6:30am | Wednesday 6:00pm The primary focus of this class is to strengthen all key muscle groups. By incorporating bodyweight exercises, weights, and specialized equipment, each workout is meticulously crafted to enhance your performance in daily activities. Whether you aspire to lift heavier weights, move more efficiently, or simply feel stronger overall, this class will empower you to excel in functional fitness.
Booty And Core
Intensity: Low / 30-45min
Schedule: Saturday 8:00am
Get ready to sculpt and strengthen in our Booty and Core Fitness class! This dynamic workout targets two key areas: your glutes and core. Through a combination of targeted exercises, including squats, lunges, and core-focused movements, you'll tone and tighten your midsection while lifting and shaping your backside. This class offers modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding experience. Join us to build a strong, defined core and a firm, lifted booty that will have you feeling confident and empowered.
