At Adiyoga, an exclusive yoga school situated in Sydney - Australia, we specialize in the ancient practice of classical hatha and kriya yoga. Our highly qualified instructors have obtained certification from Sadhguru Gurukulam after completing rigorous training of over 1750 hours at the Isha Yoga Centre, in south India.

Having shared their profound knowledge with over 500 students in Australia, our teachers offer distinctive programs tailored to different levels of intensity. These programs are designed to revitalize the human system, promoting increased vitality, mental acuity, and inner harmony.

Regular practice of Hatha Yoga not only improves health and wellbeing, but also significantly enhances the experience of kriyas and meditation.

BEGINNERS COURSE

UPA YOGA + MEDITATION + KRIYA

In our beginner course, participants have the opportunity to learn beginner-level Isha Upa Yoga practices for deep relaxation and activation of the joints, muscles and energy system.

The perfect counterbalance for our busy working lives, and a great introduction to Isha Hatha Yoga, the course is also an opportunity to prepare the body for more advanced Isha Hatha Yoga practices (taught in our workshops).

SURYA SHAKTI

SUN SALUTATION

Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation.  It is an ancient yogic practice which is a powerful sequence of 18 postures.  It is designed as a holistic process for great physical fitness.  “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Shakti” means “energy”.  Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength.

By the end of the program, you will have learnt a comprehensive yoga routine that you can practise any time at your leisure.

ANGAMARDHANA

YOGA FOR FITNESS

Angamardana is a series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Angamardana offers a comprehensive holistic exercise system. Despite your age or current physical fitness level, Angamardana can establish a solid physical base to ensure lifelong vitality and vigor.
