Program Style Teaching

Rather than quick drop-in sessions, our studio offers traditional hatha and kriya yoga as a lifelong self-practice through workshop-style programs. This format allow teachers to transmit each practice step-by-step with proper alignment, breath awareness, and energetic balance. This format ensures participants learn the practices correctly, safely, and in their complete traditional form—so they can continue them independently and experience lasting physical, mental, and inner transformation.

The program is conducted over two sessions, incorporating video demonstrations and live instruction from an instructor who also offers corrections. A handout containing the practice sequence is received upon completion.

From our teacher

" Surya Kriya is an incredibly potent yogic practice. It is the original  form of Sun Salutation. As a Kriya, it taps into the activation of life energy (Prana).

Although this practice may not be physically strenuous, it does require a specific mental focus and discipline. It's a practice that even beginners can embrace, as it brings a sense of stillness and meditativeness into your life. So, whether you're just starting out or have been on this journey for a while, this practice is for you. "

How we are changing lives

"It’s a rare find"

My husband and I recently completed the weekend classical yoga program, Suriya Kriya. It is a very specific type of yoga practice. The teaching was thorough and grounded in authenticity. It’s rare to find such integrity with modern day yoga practices. Highly recommend if you’re after the original yoga sun invocation. Thanks Ramy!

Dina, Family Counselor

"High quality authentic yoga"

High quality authentic yoga delivered in intimate small group sessions. The best way to unleash the power within and harness the elements of nature. You deserve this journey.

Matt, Risk Coach

"Highly recommend this"

I’ve been to lots of different yoga studios. All talked about the importance of developing your own yoga routine at home. But I never felt like any prepared me well enough to do this - plus I never really imagined myself as the ‘type’ for daily yoga..! Adiyoga’s teaching method is so carefully crafted to help you build a regular practice and experience its immense benefits.
