Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.
His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru's ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.
My husband and I recently completed the weekend classical yoga program, Surya Kriya. The teaching was thorough and grounded in authenticity. It is rare to find such integrity with modern day yoga practices. Highly recommend if you are after the original yoga sun invocation. Thanks Ramy.
